An amazing place to eat if you want a hearty, warm meal that is full of everything I could want. The services were great and it was like I was home.
A nice low light atmosphere, with a warm motif. The food came fast, the waitress was kind and helpful. The portions were more than satisfactory, and the flavors were not overwhelming. It was a hearty savory meal.
Hadn't been to a hibachi in many years. This was even better than I remembered. Absolutely fantastic food. I love the atmosphere/environment, I felt like I was cozied up at home. Cleanliness was also top notch. I'd highly recommend!
The Crown Royal Reserve was a bit on the pricier side but it goes down smooth and was made to perfect. I will be returning tomorrow night to try the hibachi they offer.
Great experience. We arrived about 5 mins after the opened. Went for a birthday, and the chef DID NOT disappoint! He was very attentive to the birthday guest and made it all such a fun experience. Cannot wait to go back.
I haven't had Hibachi since we moved here from Dallas, TX. However, hubby picked this place; it was an EXCELLENT CHOICE because everything was AMAZING! It's better than my experience at the restaurant in Dallas. We definitely will be back!!
Haven't been to Shogun since 2020 because of a bad experience. They were always my go to and the BEST hibachi place in town. I've been seeing reviews since and they weren't good so stayed away. Tried all the other hibachi places in town and none of them had it all like Shogun does. I went back today and the food was phenomenal. Had sushi and hibachi. They have the same prices even though everything else has inflated. Chef was great. Everything was perfect. So glad I gave them another chance for (late) Valentine's day . I don't leave reviews very often but I hate to see a genuinely great business struggle. If you have had a bad experience give them another chance. If you haven't tried them don't let some of these reviews scare you off. If you want somewhere that slathers yum yum on everything and charges you an arm and a leg then Shogun isn't for you. If you want reasonably seasoned GREAT hibachi/food then check them out.
Great customer service!!!!! The chef was awesome and the food was the best I've had. I've been to many Japanese restaurants and Shogun is tasty and the best flavor. Awesome place and I love the atmosphere.
